The receptionist was terribly rude and needs some training. Completely unprofessional! I did speak to the manager Kim who was very pleasant and understanding. I would not recommend this place, it looks like others have had the same experience with this awfully rude and entitled receptionist. If I behaved this way at my job, or they lost business due to my poor attitude, I wouldn't have a job! Do better

I never leave reviews. I didnt know what to expect when I got there . But both Dr Madeline and the receptionist, were 10 out of 10 !!

Dr Coty is amazing. She explains everything very well for you to understand, listens to all concerns and questions. Was seen very quickly from check in to seeing Dr. Every time we have had appointments. Front desk always friendly. My children and myself have been coming to this office for a year now. Highly recommend.

The receptionist at this office is absolutely unprofessional and unwilling to accept any responsibility. She claims that everyone is just attacking her when literally she will not take the fact that she messed up on scheduling an appointment. I had to rearrange my life and she will not take any accountability. She’s rude. She’s inconsiderate, and I felt the need to even record the conversation as proof that no one was talking down to her. No one yelled at her. No one was cursing at her and no one was being disrespectful. As soon as I explained to her that I am recording this conversation myself her whole attitude changed and all of a sudden she started Being nicer. From the first day, I’ve come to this doctors appointment This place has been incredibly Unprofessional. And even when I tried to work with them to schedule a brand new date after their mess Up. They had no other date that could work with me and refused to let me go to their Elkton office because they’re still doing paper chart. I don’t recommend this doctor to anybody
