The doctor is very attentive, my experience with her was very comforting, understanding, and caring. I have never had anyone listen and actually understand what I was saying and feeling but , she definitely helped me not only remember who I am but what I am capable of doing and overcoming. I highly recommend her to everyone and anyone in need of help in her field.

So happy to have found Integrated Health and Wellness Services! Dr. Chiekwu is readily available, allows open conversation, and leaves me with much less anxiety than previous doctors. I very much recommend this office they’re great!

I received a phone call today from a male receptionist claiming that I owe an "outstanding balance" "DEMANDING " credit card numbers and information which is totally false. I have two insurances and they both handle my mental health needs efficiently there is never any "outstanding balance " but this man's tone of voice and "DEMANDING" demeanor for my credit card information i found quite disgusting and abhorrent !! felt like being bullied by this individual and he's just dead wrong.!! Not only is this behavior reckless but incompetent as well for not checking BOTH insurances FIRST !! before contacting a patient "DEMANDING " them for money !!! This is a "PATTERN" "of reckless incompetent behavior because this is not the first time this has happened. This is the first time I'm going to make this behavior public so that it doesn't happen again !!!! Now I'm not that easily intimidated but the next person would be in his persistence to get credit card information without checking all the FACTS !!! FIRST!! This whole episode today was just FOUL !!! And I'm hurt and PISSED OFF !!!

I was really hoping for better, but Dr. C was a disappointment.  I went in wanting to understand my 5y.o meds and care, but was met with unprofessionalism, negligence and dismissal. This is after asking thoughtful questions and requested clarification after she forgot to schedule us for follow-up. She forgot to schedule a 3-week follow-up after prescribing my 5y.o's first medication, and when I got an appt with her she just apologized and said she understands if we might not be a good fit- that was it. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.  When I brought up my concerns for communication to make sure I was heard and supported, she got defensive instead of working with me. I told her about my son's experience on the medication since there was never a follow-up, and she completely did not care at this point and asked us if 'there's anything else she can do for us, but she doesn't want to work with us anymore'.. I see now I wasn't a good fit for her because I want to fully support my son, so I ask questions to make informed decisions.  Every parent deserves to be heard and respected, and that just didn't happen here. I hope others find a doctor who's actually a partner in their child's care and not worried about their ego and prioritizes consistent communication and has the bandwidth to work with involved parents. *UPDATE: After months passed since i've made this post today they replied that it was my decision to leave, when that is not true at all. This is what happend: When I simply asked in astonishment how we weren't rescheduled after the initial scheduling and prescription, Dr. C decided to take time out to look through her system database which took her a while to do on video call, and at one point I was wondering what she was doing because minutes passed when i just had asked the initial question , then she got really quiet and started steering in the conversation towards "maybe you should find a different doctor" and I was shocked and asked "Why? What just happend?" And she said wearily, I dont want to work with you, its best you go with someone else. She tried to pass me off to her assistant but they didn't give me any recommendations because I told them i was giving a low recommendation because the whole appointment was unprofessional, rude and careless lacking any accountability. Her assistant was straight up with me that Dr. C didn't want to give me a recommendation but I told her that's fine, I wouldnt expect more from a person like that. So get the story straight, Dr. C ;) AND GROW UP. Also no parent wants to scramble and for doctors, they want to build relationships with the right one and hope for the best, but if your overworked, burnt out and biased towards involved or concerned parents, ACCEPT THAT AND DO BETTER BUT DON'T TURN INTO A LIAR TOO, especially as for a title as a "doctor". You missed the mark.

I find that this doctor is the most compassionate and caring doctor I’ve ever found. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone.
