I’ve been going to In-Depth Health & Performance for years as part of my chronic pain and mobility journey, and their services have made such a real difference for me. The compression boots help with the swelling in my legs and make walking feel easier and lighter afterward. The float sessions are incredible for calming my nervous system and giving me a level of relaxation I don’t often get anywhere else. And the sauna has been amazing for reducing inflammation and helping my body recover between flare-ups. Everything they offer truly supports healing and daily function! I also have to shout out Amy, because she is genuinely the sweetest. She’s always warm, encouraging, and so easy to talk to. She listens, offers thoughtful insight, and makes every visit feel supportive and positive. I appreciate her so much. If you’re dealing with pain, stress, mobility issues, or you’re just trying to feel better in your body, this place is such a gift. 💛🌿😊

Shes knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She takes the time to explain each service and makes you feel completely at ease. Izzy greets everyone with warmth and professionalism the moment you walk through the door, she sets the tone for how welcoming the entire place feels. Gianni is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to peptides and performance. His insight and guidance are on another level. Payton brings great energy to the team, always friendly, professional, and clearly invested in every client’s experience. The facility itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. Each service feels tailored and effective, and you leave knowing you’re in the hands of people who truly care about your progress.

Enjoyed a mother-daughter day trying something new out at Aqua Float and Cryo over the weekend. I recommend the flotation therapy to anyone looking for relaxation and/or pain relief! The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the services and even gave us plenty of tips and tricks for our first time. We will be returning to try their other therapies soon!

Love this place! Unique modalities to add song your health and wellness journey. Bob and Matt are awesome! Highly recommend . I will be recommending to clients for sure. Health Coach Stacie, aka ‘The Food Label Ninja’ approved and recommended! Cryo therapy, infrared sauna, and compression boots are a fantastic combination ! I also took the plunge and bought the monthly membership. So worth it! Awesome way to spend the healthcare/medical family budget and invest in your health!
