First colonic done in another state and I'm going to continue getting service and supporting this business. I'm well versed in colonics but Mio, the owner was great with giving me a refresher and pep talk prior to service aka consultation. The videos I posted don't do this place or her professionalism justice. You must stop by here! She offers more than colonics too and I'll be tapping into those things as well. I only booked a one time colonic because I'd never been but I'll be booking a series of them. I also have referred others and will be bringing my mother back as well. The place I used to go to in NYC was top notch and Mio and Vida Colonics have out done them, so that says a lot. So happy I found this place, a place that resonates with my lifestyle. I'm no gatekeeper when it comes to wellness because we all need to heal so visit this place and get to healing!

My entire experience was Amazing. Mio is very knowledgeable and explained the entire process in a way that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The process is not painful at all! Mild cramping once or twice, that’s it! I felt so great afterwards. Lighter and more energized instantly! I will absolutely be back again! 10/10!!!!

Mio was amazing! This was my first time getting a full detox. I was nervous, but Mio was so friendly and knowledgeable. She put me at ease. The whole process was explained to me and I have never felt better in my life after this experience. I highly recommend going to Mio and having a full detox. I will be going back soon.

I love Mio, she’s sweet and made me feel so comfy during my colonic! It’s important to know all the steps and she made it very clear throughout the whole process. I was not constipated before, but it’s a new year and a good refresh cleanse was very much needed. I feel lighter, less bloated and dropped a pound this morning! Thank you Mio, see you soon!
