I have been going here for 5 years they have changed medical assistant and seem to have a issue with their employees. I have asked for my medical records because i found another provider who specialises in Hormones, Restore wellness wants to charge $15 to send my medical records to the other provider!! When i came to Restore a few years ago i brought my own records with me now they want to charge me to get them back? I no longer will recommend this messed up office to any one. Not to mention they charge more for Biote pellets. When you call for a appointment you get one answering machine after another and no one calls you back, no one will call you about lab results they send them thru your patient portal and expect you to figure it out yourself My advice is to find another Functional medical provider!!!

The team at Restore Health & Wellness are exceptional. They take the time to listen and also explain everything clearly. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. I have been a patient for years and I highly recommend them.

Received testosterone pellets from this location for a year and had no issues until I missed my first appointment. They charged me $50 for the missed appointment even after I explained the situation and request a one time waiver. They said absolutely not. I don’t understand how charging a $50 fee is more important than maintaining a good client relationship over one mistake. When I explained that my red blood cell count was too high to receive any testosterone they stated that I should have told them earlier. Customer is always wrong according to Restore. Taking my business elsewhere!!!!

I started coming here after hearing friends talk about b12 shots & how helpful that has been for them. I walked in, filled out some paperwork and Karla gave me my first injection (which I literally did not hardly feel at all, so gentle). Bianca is also so friendly & gentle. I am always in and out, they’re very efficient! I have had much more steady energy throughout the day, my mood has improved and my stress levels are much more manageable. I cannot express how pleased I am with this whole experience. I will continue to come here for my b12 shots, not only because I feel better from them, but because the staff at Restore is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend using Restore Health & Wellness, they are wonderful! I am very glad I found them!

It is very scary having your health in the hands of people who won't even return your phone calls. I was an existing patient at Restore and had multiple appointments. The front desk has made some sort of mistake at each one of my lab/ in-office appointments, but this time I didn't even receive a call back. It has been weeks of leaving standard, friendly messages, but the appointment with my new doctor has come and gone and I still haven't been contacted by Restore. However, they did take the time to send a curt reply to my Google review, so that's something... Shall I bump them up to two stars?
