I was profusely dehydrated and feeling terrible, but they went above and beyond to take care of me. They provided blankets, dimmed the lights, turned on the TV — anything I needed to feel comfortable while I was recovering. The level of care was unmatched. Michelle was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel so safe and cared for — it honestly felt like my mom was there taking care of me. ❤️ No appointment needed, and they’re open seven days a week, which is incredible. Michelle is amazing. You can truly feel how much she cares about her clients just by watching how she interacts with everyone while you’re there getting an IV. It feels less like a clinic and more like being at home or at a small business where you’re genuinely taken care of. I felt like I was on death’s door yesterday and needed a quick and cost effective solution that didn’t include waiting in a dirty urgent care room for hours - this was SO much better and more of a blessing than I realized it would be. Kasy is just about the sweetest and most kind individual you will ever meet and Michelle is so warm and generous. Like I said, I was feeling so ill (having dealt with high fevers for three days) and I probably smelled like sweat and I know I looked like the “grumpy old troll who lived under a bridge” but both of them took their time trying to find the right spot to put the IV. They were so gentle (this coming from someone who HATES needles), caring, and generous! I would recommend them to any and everyone! They told me several times their main priority was me, the patient and their goal is for everyone to feel like family and after I left, I truly did! Do yourself a favor and go to Atlantic Coast Hydration!
