St. Albert Infusion hIVe

I’ve never had an infusion before but I always wanted to try it. Definitely a great experience. I got the basic saline with biotin and B12 added. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I left feeling refreshed and super relaxed (thanks in part to the full body massage chair). I can’t wait to try everything! 10/10 recommend.

After reviewing the website, I saw that they accept walk-in appointments. I proceeded to the location at 9 o’clock when their website states that they open. I sat in the parking lot until 930 and call numerous times no one picked up the phone nor answered the door. I tried to make an online appointment, but apparently their online services are not working. I do not believe this is how a business should run and I will not be returning, and I hope this review helps others when it comes to this unprofessional establishment

I came in for a B12 shot. I was greeted with excellent service. The nurses were very professional and answered all of my questions. I usually get my B12 injections through my primary care doctor which usually takes over an hour and is much more expensive. I was in and out in no time which is great for my busy schedule. Highly recommend the hIVe.

I went in feeling feverish and achy with flu- like symptoms, so I decided to get the spoonful of honey infusion! I felt a difference in my energy level and body temperature regulation almost immediately. Needles are my biggest fear and going to an appointment with no parents or friends to support me made my very anxious, but they were so sweet and accommodating, letting me squeeze their hands, bringing me snacks, allowing me to sit in a massage chair during the treatment, it was very evident throughout the whole experience that i was in amazing hands! i firmly believe that I got exactly what I paid for and I will definitely be back :)

I have never had a vitamin injection before, and I'm scared of needles, but the staff here made me feel comfortable when getting the B12 injection! About 30 minutes to an hour after, I began to feel more energized than before. I 100% recommend coming here and trying the B12 injection or any of the other options they offer!
