Horrible experience with lip filler. Suellen always did great with botox but when it came to my lips, forget it. Before having this cosmetic enhancement done, I made sure to do my research prior to having this done. Instantaneously, my lips and surrounding my lip on the one side bruised like I had been beaten. Suellen recommended i purchase an over the counter cream to help with bruising. After 8 days of not going anywhere, the bruising subsided enough for me to cover it with make up. 2 months go by and my lips are deflated, so I go for a second opinion. I was then advised that my filler migrated up into the skin in between my lip and nose. Also, this med spa used an ultrasound to locate the filler.. also found out that my artery was knicked hence the reason I bruised so terribly. Had the filler actually gone into my artery, it could have killed me. I now have to have my filler that migrated, dissolved and my lips filled again. I reached out to Suellen, sent her pictures and literally was given no resolution but to let her fix it. ABSOLUTELY NOT! She 100 percent should cover me to have the filler dissolved at minimum

I had a fantastic experience getting Xeomin injections at Vitality Health & Med Spa. . From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The office was clean, stylish, and professional—everything you’d want from a cosmetic clinic. Suellen was amazing! She took the time to understand what I wanted, explained the process clearly, and answered all my questions. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless. I appreciated how skilled and knowledgable she was. I’m already loving the results—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!

I was at this practice for a little over a year and was very satisfied with the level of care from Lauren. Unfortunately, very little follow up after test results and then when it came time to reorder my birth control, they evaded my calls repeatedly for over a month. I explained that I had met my deductible for the year and therefore I would like to be seen before year’s end but no one still has gotten back to me. I’ve left several voicemails as no one answers the phone. Not sure if the practice is still operational.

Be careful. I came here for laser hair removal and was assured that the lasers they had were safe for dark skin. Every single appointment I had left me with burns. The nurses tried to gaslight me into to telling it was from something else. They were very obviously burns. I then had that verified by 2 dermatologists. If you have dark skin DO NOT get lasered here. Go somewhere that has a YAG laser

Suellen is the best. She answers any questions, skilled and makes you feel comfortable the moment you step foot in the room. Everyone that I've encountered in the office is so friendly and very professional. I recommend them to those who to ask about facial treatments.
