The Dermatology Specialists - North Wilmington

They have a financial policy that requires you to let them hold onto your credit card indefinitely so they can charge it whenever or you have to pay 100 bucks just in case insurance doesn't cover anything. Just so you know, there are other highly rated facilities that do not have this policy. I went there for a year or so without having to sign for this policy. I had an appointment yesterday and they said I had to sign or cancel upon check in. I decided to cancel and very quickly was able to book an appointment elsewhere that does not have this policy. I called and asked for record release forms to be emailed to me and I still haven't seen them. Very disappointed in this company.

I expected Saruk, my dr of many years, but to my dismay got ms Lucas instead. However, Lucas was great. I really liked her. She was very thorough yet kind. I hope Saruk is ok, im sorry I didnt get to say good bye to him as I feel we've developed a repoire (sp) over the decades. The office people were patient and nice in explaining the situation tactfully. The new office manager (Carol? I forget nane) will do great in her new role. I wish you would please get an office closer to Elkton, MD! Years ago you had one in People's plaza, DE, but that was closed for some reason. Please consider reopening that office!

Yesterday, Karissa did a perfect & painless task removing my stitches. She took the time to answer all my questions. I am so happy to have found this practice. Dr. Saruk & the team at Dermatology Specialists in North Wilmington, DE are phenomenal. This practice is very professional, accessible & friendly. From start to finish, each visit is pleasant…something very rare in a medical practice. In my experience, when everyone is kind & accommodating, it is a reflection of a mindset that shows true caring for patients. Thank you again Dr. Saruk & team for taking great care of me. I am most appreciative.

The employees/ doctors are great. My issue is with the companies constact need to have you fill out forms for database updates, when none of your information has changed. Simple question.. is everything the same ? "Yes" then have a seat and someone will be with you. Now how hard is that!!

The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and Karissa is wonderful! She’s very knowledgeable and she took her time with me. The office is also very clean and comfortable. I feel so lucky that I found this place. Couldn’t recommend more!!
