Dermatology Partners - North Wilmington

I had my first appointment at Dermatology Partners--North Wilmington today and was highly satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff at the reception desk, which immediately set a positive tone. Jenny, Sherry, and Dr. Payne were all personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions in depth and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the visit. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how thorough and attentive they were. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently. The entire team is well-educated, courteous, and genuinely caring. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Dermatology Partners to anyone looking for quality dermatologic care.

My husband and I have been seeing the doctors at Dermatology Partners for three years. We have been extremely happy with all of the staff and the ease in getting appointments and refill prescriptions. There is rarely a wait for appointments and everyone is courteous, professional and delightful to be around. My husband has he'd three mose procedures and all have gone very smoothly.

Clean facility and really kind staff (everyone including front desk, assistant, and provider!). Appointment was smooth and no additional unnecessary paperwork was involved for returning patients- so I was able to be taken back promptly. Location is perfect (ample parking).

The new office is quite spacious. The support staff were quite helpful with accommodating me and I didn't have to wait months to see my doctor. Dr Chloe has been quite thorough with her assessment as always and I never had any issues with her treatment plans.

Dr Teresina is amazing and I have full confidence in her! However, the office support set up has a lot to be desired. I was supposed to be prescribed a prescription at my appointment yesterday but they never sent it to the pharmacy. Now I can only reach call center support and I may have to drive in so I can get my prescription before the weekend.
