I can’t say enough wonderful things about Head to Toe Spa — and especially Marian. I actually drive to Wilmington from out of town just to see her because she is truly the only person I trust. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable, cared for, and at ease. She takes her time, explains everything, and you can tell she genuinely wants the best results for you. Beyond how talented she is, Marian is just an incredible person. One of my favorite parts of my appointments is getting to catch up with her. It feels less like an appointment and more like visiting a friend who happens to be amazing at what she does. She’s thoughtful, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable — and I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and so glad I made the trip.

Carah is truly the best. She did my lip fillers and does my Botox. She has my face looking so good. My lip fillers have seriously boosted my confidence and I have weird lips and she balanced them out so perfectly. My Botox is amazing every time. She never misses. Love my girl! GO SEE CARAH!!!!!
