I went here with my husband for the second time. We scheduled a couple Massage. When they bring you in, they put you in separate cubicles you are not in the same place with your partner. It is not intimate at all. When we ask them about being there for a couples massage, they seem to act as if They had no idea what we were talking about. They will advertise as a couple couples massage, but that is in fact not what you are getting. The massages we got ended up being great. The therapist was wonderful, But at the end when we went to pay I gave my credit card and signed off on my bill and left a $20 tip $10 for each therapist. The therapist looked at me puzzled, and then pointed to the suggested tip values on the receipt And asked me is this for both people? I said yes I left a $10 tip for each of you. The therapist looked at me confused again, and again pointed to the suggested value for the tip. The suggested value for the amount of my bill at a 20% was $24.36 So I change the amount of my bill to reflect a $24 tip instead . She then questioned again. Is this tip for two people and I explained yes that will give each of you $12 tip. The therapist rolled her eyes huffed under her breath at me and then walked away. I guess she wasn’t happy with the amount of tip. I gave her after spending $200 on services in their building. Although the actual physical massage was amazing, the environment was uncomfortable and noisy. My therapist left my session several times, so that she could greet clients coming through the door and then had nerve at the end of the session to be disappointed with the amount of tip that I gave her. This left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I am quite disappointed in the service I received. I don’t think I will be returning.

The best massage in Delaware County. Definitely coming back here again. Thank you very much.

Monday September 8 2025 After playing 2 hours of Pickle Ball at the Springfield YMCA with my friend Barb B. We went together to get a massage. Thought I was going to do 30 minutes and changed my mind to do 60 minutes. Glad I chose 1 hour massage as my body was in need to loosen up and relax. This was my first time here at Springfield Mall location. There were areas of muscles that I did not realise that were tight. It has been 15 years ago since my last massage. This is the most relaxed my body has felt in a long time. I am a 69 year old women and found that my muscles get tighter at my age. I expect to have a restful sleep tonight as my wholr body and mind feels great. Thank you for my first great experience
