Therapist, Sara is knowledgeable, proficient, has excellent technique, confident,skilled, good listener, etc. She was able to educate me on my condition and explained the therapeutic process throughout the massage. I was completely comfortable and satisfied. She is an overall excellent massage therapist. I am hopeful and I'm looking forward to my next scheduled visit.

I have not had a massage since COVID- I was/am a front line health worker and have avoided any massage work until a fall forced me to get relief. Sarah Connell made me feel comfortable, she was kind and understanding. She worked with me and got these painful knots out and checked areas I wasn't aware bothered me. I was greeted respectfully and checkout was smooth. Just a great experience and I am looking forward to seeing Sarah again. She is amazing!

This is my 2nd time here and the first visit was good enough to make me come back. The front lady forgot to check me in so I was “late” to my appointment but she gave me a coupon so I would return. I decided to give it another shot and my massage therapist, Milan was great! She listened to my concerns and addressed all my tension with her amazing deep tissue technique! I signed up for a membership and will be coming back to see her next time.
