Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy when I called, which I really appreciated. The office is beautifully decorated, calming, and impeccably clean. The massage table was very comfortable and added to the overall sense of relaxation. Amy, my therapist, provided truly amazing care. I enjoyed a 30-minute reflexology session followed by a 30-minute massage, and the experience was deeply relaxing. I left feeling renewed, vibrant, and full of positive energy. I am so thankful for the care I received and highly recommend Alternative Therapy Massage and Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful, healing experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Alternative Therapy on January 22. Every person I encountered, whether in person or over the phone, was incredibly sweet. From the lovely young lady at the front desk when I arrived to the person handling the bookings, everything about my experience at this place was fantastic. Judy is a godsend! I have been experiencing issues with my back, and after just one session with her, I am truly hooked! She really knows what she's doing, and takes her time throughout the entire massage. She even provided me with some tips and stretches to do between sessions. Hands down, this was one of the best massages I have ever received! I am so happy to have found my new go-to place.

I had a wonderful experience here & Amy was my massage therapist. I work full time in the Christiana ED and also play the sousaphone (which is quite heavy) part time. I didn’t realize how badly I needed a massage! Amy did wonders with relieving tension throughout my whole body. I was in a car accident I have been there 3 times I’m really sensitive and Judy and Rachel are amazing. They are very Gentle. I was really scared and hesitant about going. But I’m so happy my doctor referred me to them. My sessions are prescribed by doctor to be 60 minutes long but they feel much longer than an hour. I feel like I’m in heaven. I’m so thankful for Alternative therapy. They make me feel so welcome and comfortable especially since I’m a scaredy cat.
