I went in last night for a massage and had an amazing experience, as always. I’ve been here several times, and Lulu has been my therapist—she is absolutely wonderful. I walked in with a lot of pain and tension, and I left feeling completely relieved. All the aches and pains I had are gone. The building is very clean, and everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and kind. I truly appreciate the consistent quality of care I receive here. I’ll definitely continue coming every week! Highly recommend.

Today was my first time visiting this location. I booked a 90 min deep tissue with hot stone and a deep clean facial (60 mins). It was very clean and peaceful. The deep tissue was really good and relaxing. My masseuse was very attentive, making sure I had the right pressure. When I was flipped over though after doing the back of my body, there wasn't really any attention to my legs or arms. But she did gave my feet attention , which I really needed. I tipped her $60 in cash and also paid in cash. After the massage was my facial done by a different person. She was very nice and she did massage my face and my scalp as well, but I could've done the facial myself at home. There was no separate bright light to focus on my face, instead the room light was turned all the way up. The cleanser used was very fragrant and smelled like hand soap. Then she "washed" my face off using what felt like thin cloths dipped in warm water, not using the facial sponges or face towels. After that, she put a disposable facial mask on me and that's when she turned on the facial steamer. The facial steamer was way too close to my face and she advised to just turn my head to left or right if I get too hot. After removing that facial mask, she then put a net-like mask and then applied ga clay mask i guess on top of it to my face. After that, she cleansed my face again and I was done. There was no extraction on my nose, chin, or forehead like usual facials. Not that she would've been able to see it without a clear bright light centered on my face. Usual deep clean facials also includes a lip mask from past establishments I've gone to. It was 60min service that was $90 and it really wasn't worth it. It felt rushed, incomplete. I still tipped my facialist $30 cash even though I wasn't satisfied with the service. She was nice and always checked on me. But probably not trained eell. If you're gonna book a facial, please ask what it entails, what products they use, and ask if they extract. I just assumed that for the price of $90, it would've been satisfactory.

Went here for my birthday. I should’ve just turned around after going inside. It smells like mold and mildew. The woman who took my appointment on the phone and checked me in was VERY rude and aggressive. I actually ended up more stressed out after the massage. And the massage itself wasn’t very good. I still had the same back pain walking out. I went somewhere else and got a 10 minute back massage that did more than an hour here. I just can’t get over how rude the service is on top of everything. I got a facial but it freaked me out after smelling how moldy the place is. I felt like I threw my money away.

I had an amazing experience at Healthy Spa! I went in with serious back pain and left feeling so much better. The staff was professional, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the massage worked wonders. I highly recommend this place!

My daughter and I have been here twice, with about 1 year in between trips, and both visits have been absolutely outstanding. I'm actually shocked at the level of quality compared with the price. Very clean and relaxing studio with a pleasant staff. I've not had a better deep tissue massage to date.
