This clinic did a phenomenal job from start to finish !! I was able to make an appointment quickly, the check in process was quick and friendly, and I did not have to wait in the lobby but less than a minute. Dani did an excellent job going over everything with me!! She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable through each step. Hats off to this clinic 👏👏👏

I'm new to this provider but find the staff and P. A.'s very competent and friendly. I also was able to get an appointment within a week to have a suspicious spot checked out. This is wonderful. The reason I left my last dermatologist is that it took 6 months to get an appointment to have a spot on my skin looked at. With a history of skin cancer that is much too long to wait.

My Honest Review as a Longtime Patient I’ve been a patient at this facility for many years, and I want to begin by acknowledging the admin and/or front desk staff. They have always been incredibly responsive and attentive to my schedule and needs. Truly, they are amazing, and I appreciate the level of care and professionalism they’ve shown over the years. That said, during my most recent visit, I was informed that only one concern could be addressed—even though I had scheduled this appointment months in advance (for both concerns). The entire visit lasted no more than 15 minutes, and I left feeling limited and disappointed. I find it hard to believe that I’d need to make separate appointments just to discuss a few different questions with my doctor. This has never been my experience here before, or at any other doctor’s office I’ve visited. As a full-time working single parent, I drive over an hour to this office because I truly valued being a patient of Dr. George. Unfortunately, Dr. George no longer sees patients like me (annual/newer patients), and while I understand the reasoning, I wish her team—including the support staff and other physicians—would avoid treating us like we’re just moving through a factory line. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of care and honesty. I’ve been a loyal patient for years, and I’d love to see the practice return to the level of personalized care that first earned my trust.

This was my first visit, and I have zero complaints. I knew this would be a great office, and my visit confirmed that. I was nervous about multiple skin moles, and they took care of my concerns and had three sent to lab for biopsy. It was painless to say the least, and they were professional, organized, and clear. It was 100% worth the drive from Jacksonville.
