I had the Cool Sculpt procedure done on my hips dips, and I was certain that nothing short of liposuction could get rid of them. 3 painless sessions and four months later, my hip dips are gone. I have an amazing esthetician at Wilmington Plastic Surgery, Christine. Excellent skills and a wonderful personality. I would give 5 stars; but I'm disappointed with the, at times, less than professional atmosphere in the reception area.

It's a couple days shy of 7 months since my tummy tuck. I was so proud of how much weight I had lost, and was super excited about my surgery. I look deformed with a big point on either side of my stomach, like a football. I actually look worse in my clothes now. Still have to wear big baggy clothes to hide myself. I also still do not have feeling on the right side of my lady parts. My groin was in so much pain for quiet a while, that it was actually difficult to walk or stand putting weight on that leg. I was told, "that's impossible," and brushed off ever since. I am going to a new place to see about repairing my football stomach. It has been more depressing than being heavy was. I have no idea if I will get sensation back in that area. I wish I was told all of this stuff could happen. It's just wrong. I hope others have better luck with Dr. Glener.

I don't think there's any words to fully explain my gratitude towards Dr. Glener and his team. I was a year post double mastectomy when I met Dr. Glener and I was unhappy with the look of my implants. Having been to my fair share of doctors during my breast cancer diagnosis, Dr Glener was a breath of fresh air. He listened to all my concerns, gave me realistic expectations and truly wanted to do anything he could to help me. Dr. Glener has since done an implant exchange with lipo and fat grafting, as well as a tummy tuck for me. All of my results have been absolutely incredible, and the post-surgery care is truly top notch and something you will not find anywhere else.

DON’T BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE BLACK!!!!! My wife had an appointment booked for over a month and when we entered the office the old dark hair lady’s aura immediately changed. We provided my information and she proceeded with additional items were required as well as continuous comments about how much I would be required to pay for the procedure (I’ve been saving over 10k for the past 2 years) When inquiring what the reason what for the change in the amount she began to get snarky and proceeds to ask the blonde lady for her advice, who was able to come up with a great solution (she is the ONLY reason they get 1 star.) The kindness offered to me made the old lady upset and she proceeded to parade around the office to get another employee to agree with her on a process that had already been resolved. My final straw was the old lady picking up the phone to discuss me in a negative way with another professional in the office and judging from her responses their view points matched. If you make a black person feel uncomfortable before we get a service I would NEVER TRUST you with my health. It really hurt my wife because this procedure has been important to her for some time and to know it has been prolonged because the color of her skin breaks my heart.
