I have been very bothered by my saggy neck for years. I do not want to go under the knife so I researched non surgical options and locations. I decided to go to United Medical and Aesthetics in Wilmington, NC. I met with Aleta in April 2024 to discuss what could help with my neck issues. Aleta is very knowledgeable about the different options available. She does not over promise but really goes above and beyond to get the best results possible. She really cares about her patients. I felt very comfortable and confident about her expertise. We decided on 3 rounds of Radio Frequency Micro Needling ( April, May, & June). In December I also had a Laser Coring treatment. While I did not expect neck lift results, I am very pleased with the outcome. I am only 1 month out of the coring treatment and understand that I will continue to get better results over the next few months. I have attached a picture after my 1st RF Microneedling, one after the 3rd treatment and one after the Laser Coring. Again, not a neck lift but I am very happy with the results so far. Melissa Kage and Nicole are awesome! Starting with Nicole, she was so informative with the services available, great personality, and was so attentive to my needs that I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I then met with Melissa and she explained her background, asked about my goals for the service, and took away my fear of embarrassment. While in the treatment room, I felt like I was at home. Melissa explained in real time what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how I should expect to feel. She was very attentive to my comfort by asking if it was too much or too little, and adjusted accordingly. Overall, I felt like I was at a spa day with friends! I highly recommend! This was my first of 6 appointments and look forward to updating here as I progress! Thank both of you at United Medical and Aesthetics!
