I DON'T recommend the office in Wilmington on Silverside Road. My son sees the NP's for his acne and is on Accutane. I usually favor NP's because they seem to be more caring; however, at this office, it's been nothing but headaches. Every month when we go there to get a renewal for the prescription, it's always a fiasco. Either the prescription doesn't get called in or they don't sign off on the iPledge. I have to call and go through loops to get it taken care of. When you call, your call can go to PA and you never get a call back. I asked to speak to a manager about the prescription not being called in and a manager never called me. This is the kind of place it is. Save yourself the headaches and don't go there.

I have been treated by Dr. Saruk happily for quite a few years. I recently arrived for my yearly appointment which I specifically made for Dr. Saruk only to be told they had reschedule me with another individual who I know nothing about . They never notified me or gave me the opportunity to reschedule with the doctor. According to the office manager they have the option to schedule you with whomever is available without notifying you. I chose to cancel my appointment not knowing what credentials that person has. I have requested a call from the District Manger to determine what path forward I will be taking.

As a new patient, my first encounter was with Louise. She was very kind, knowledgeable & got me an appointment the next day. My check in & processing forms went great as well. Dr. "Ashly" was very patient & gentle. I would highly recommend your office to all my family & friends. Thankyou! Sandy Smith

If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. The entire practice is now NPs and PAs, with a single actual physician who works there. They routinely double book patients on purpose. When you need to speak to them because they have the results of your biopsy, they are impossible to reach. Run away from this practice! There are far better places to receive far better care.

What a great experience! I was greeted warmly upon arrival and seen on time, a rare occurrence in this day and age. My appointment was with Raquel, she was very knowledgeable and explained all of my treatment options thoroughly. We developed a treatment plan and a schedule that worked for me. I couldn't be happier with my visit. Highly recommend this office!!
