Gentle Touch Smiles for Kids Dental & Orthodontics

My kids have been coming to Gentle Touch Smiles for years. They have so much trust in them and I'm confident that the appointment will be great. The lady that also did my dau most recent x-rays was amazing! Sara B. was so sweet and caring. Thank you for what you do! It definitely calmed her nerves today.

I took my 3 daughters to there 8am appt got there within there grace period and was advised by the office manager Clarence Ferguson that my daughters had to wait till they got seen because they only had 2 hygienists. He did not even suggest to rescheduling appointment. I have been bringing my daughters over 10 yrs and have never experienced anything like this before. This office is not the same anymore. I did advise the manager I was going to file a grievance with insurance carrier. One of my daughters ended up having a orthodontist appt as well at 9am and guess what while I was waiting for that appt mind you I came in at 8:10am and my daughters ended up being called back for there routine appt till 8:43am. The office manager is a joke.

This place is horrible it’s not 1 good thing I can say about this dentist. When I first started taking my children there I loved this place. Now this place have went into the shits. I got pictures of the head ortho dentist sleep while working on a patient. Nobody knows what’s gone on. They will cancel ur appointment for no reason. The regular dentist talk so bad about the work orth do. They let anyone work there & on ur mouth. With no experience. They can’t keep any employees they always short & neverrrrrrr answer they phone & always on break

My KIDS LOVE this place and as a parent, so do I. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful every time you go in and Dr. Patty is amazing with my little ones!! All the dental hygienist are so nice and you can just tell they love what they do. Thank you for being such a welcoming Dentist!!

I took my 13-year-old daughter there to have two baby teeth extracted. I went against my better judgment to take her there, because I was a dental assistant for 15 years and I know many excellent pediatric dentist. I was told she had to see the adult dentist because of her age, Dr. Era Pyakurel. The whole experience was awful! She didn't say a word to me or my husband when she walked into the room. She gave her a small amount of lidocaine and nitrous, which was fine.. but the extractions were horrible! Since I was a experienced assistant, I might have been slightly judgmental from the beginning. My daughter told her she was in extreme pain, and the doctor did not give her any more lidocaine. She proceeded to extract the two baby teeth, which was a struggle for her, teeth A & J. Out of the many dentist I have worked for I have never seen one struggle to extract baby teeth! My daughter was crying in pain! She did not explain anything after the procedure, The only thing she did say to us was to be quiet so she could focus, and just walked out of the room! The assistant was completely awful as well, extremely unfriendly and did not seem experienced at all, she just sat there the entire time doing nothing, with a surgical extraction tip. She didn't say a word to my daughter to make her feel calm. I have seen some horrible dentist, but have never experienced something like that. It might be okay to have a cleaning done there, The hygienis seem okay but I would never recommend someone get any work done! Maybe pediatric I don't know the dentist, but definitely not their adult dentist!! I had previously made an appointment for her to get an ortho consult but thankfully I decided to go to Dr Hussain.
