I had a procedure done to my right upper and lower gums/teeth. I was welcomed by the receptionist, then greeted by the financial advisor to go over the payment plan. As soon as I went to the hygienist’s room I felt that I was in great hands. She prepped me for the procedure, then Dr Bond came in and prepared me for the procedure. There was minimal discomfort and it was over in no time. Engaging in conversation about food, traditions over the holidays and music was a great distraction and stress relief. I highly recommend Dr Bond and his wonderful, friendly, professional staff. Thank you! P.S. I will see you in one month!

I visited the office today seeking a last minute appointment- they were able to gather all of my documentation and have me in their chair all within 35-40 minutes. Not only that but I was given a treatment plan that aligned with my smile goals and walked away with hope that I can restore my dental health. From the front desk to the dental coordinator. Very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. I can say this is one of the very few times where I don’t feel like a transaction in a dental setting. I will start and say that the dentist and his hygienists are very nice, very transparent, and efficient with their work. I think much of the staff working there should take not of that since I did not experience the same thing from anyone else at this office. From lack of transparency in billing, to constant and repeated confirmation calls and texts, every single step of the process here was worse than the last. For every appointment I had I would get two separate confirmation calls and a text, despite responding YES to their confirmation text. Then every day that I actually had an appointment, their front of house would call me asking me to come in earlier despite my scheduled appointment. And then even if I adjusted and showed up earlier, i would still have to wait 20 min to be seen. Their transparency with billing and pending payments was quite lacking, and only mentioned a missing payment (over $1000) the day before an appointment, despite my 2 previous confirmation calls. Then the cherry on top is that when getting my permanent crown, they had me confirm my appointment, adjust my appointment to come in earlier for them, sit in the lobby for 20 min, and all for them to tell me they did not have my permanent crown in house since there was an issue with the lab. This is after I used PTO to come in, two confirmation phone calls, and then they asked me to come in earlier for my appointment. They had not one, not two, but three opportunities to tell me my crown was not there over the phone and they failed to do so. Wasting my time, my PTO, and my trust with the facility. After the crown finally arrived two weeks after this, it was fast and fine. But I had to have a temporary crown on for significantly longer than necessary. Overall, great Dental and hygienist team. Everything else? Horrible. Will not be returning.

I had the best experience ever, all of the staff were extremely kind and caring!! I pray God bless each one, but specifically Jada was so friendly and made it easy to ask questions, I love this place, and I love their customer service

I never met a dentist that I liked but Dr.Bind was excellent patient and took time to explain my options. The staff- jada with a h- welcomed me n made me comfortable. Dee- got all the information to start the process. Kat- did the cleaning and she got the swag bag with 😎 swag- Heather the financial guru, explained all my options and insurance - payment plans etc. I was in the office for a while and honestly did not want to leave. Can't wait till my next appointment. Broom street in Wilmington.
