Delaware Smile Design of North Wilmington

I called on Monday morning (probably their busiest day). I had an extremely sore tooth and asked if someone could see me that day. They made time for me and I was in there within 3 hours. Dr. Chu was wonderful! She discovered the cause of my pain, explained everything to me very clearly, and answered all of my questions. The entire staff is very professional and friendly!

Fantastic staff, hygienists and dentists. The staff and Dr Chu facilitated every step of my Invisalign process and I'm delighted with the results.

My mom has dementia, which the hygienist picked up on before I even told her. She called me to the room to talk to Dr Chu, who was great. Clearly relayed the problems and we came up with a plan that was best for my mom. Everyone was very nice and the wait was maybe a minute!

Dr. Chu is a skilled dentist but more importantly she is a compassionate human that has a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy. Going to the dentist is an emotional experience for me yet I was able to relax and let her do some much needed work that I had been avoiding. If you want a dentist that put her patients first Dr. Chu at Delaware Smile Design is the place to go. PS the front end staffers are also super friendly and take time to explain all the details even in the afternoon without their coffee!

Today was my 1st visit after being referred by friend who truly appreciates Ms. Sherri. I was very pleased with all the staff members who I came in contact with. They listened and did more than show empathy. They did something about my issues. Dr. Chu was great. She was Pago and took time to explain what is going on. I would highly recommend them to everyone I can. I look forward to my next visit.
