Most Amazing Experience Ever! I just had the most incredible experience at Lotus Head Spa. Truly the most relaxing, refreshing treatment I’ve ever had. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, treat yourself. Book their Nirvana treatment, You won’t regret it!

My first ever head spa treatment and it was really really nice! The staff were very nice and so kind. I have a bad back and can't lay flat without my knees being up so she went and got like 3 more pillows so I could completely relax. I highly recommend this establishment And thank you to the staff for doing what you do to make people like me feel like royalty!

Absolute magical experience I highly recommend. Beautiful place , very relaxing , therapeutic , amazing staff and magical. I personally did the Nirvana head massage best experience I’m sure all the experience and choices are just as amazing. A MUST TRY! THIS PLACE IS HEAVENLY GOOD. BEST HEAD SPA I HAVE EVER HAD IN THE NEE ENGLAND REGION. I have been to plenty of head spa throughout RI, MA, and CT, but no where comes close to this place. This is how impressed I am with this shop. I cannot say enough good things about them. The environment is so calming, quiet, and clean. Staff were so friendly, sweet and welcoming. I was debating between the Royal and Divine Spa. But ended up with Divine, and it’s the best decision I have made. Worth every penny! I am coming back very soon! ❤️

Worst experience, personally. I think the person that tended to me was new. I was expecting the ring to be on 80% of the time. It was on me for about 1 minute, literally. The ring around the neck was on for like 5 mins. I selected Nirvana head spa. There were 4 of us and the other 3 raved about the water being on most of the time and how there was steam around their faces. My experience was worth $30. Definitely not worth the money I paid. First head spa and probably my last. That's how bad it was. If you decide to go here, do not select the young lady that appears to be the youngest of the group. EDIT: Spoke with the manager and she was able to work something out for me. Had a 2nd visit which was completely different than my first visit. I have to say....their customer service is top notch. They get an A++. Thank you, Jessica.
