Suite life to me has all the comforts of home. The moment you check in you feel how warm and caring the personal are. You feel like your in a five star hotel without the spa .😊 The nurses are very knowledgeable and caring always asking if we are ok or if we need anything. I have no worries while I am getting my infusion as you can tell patients are their Top priority. I had to reschedule my appointment that fell on blizzard of 2026 and they squeezed me in 2 days later. I have infusions once per month and am extremly grateful to be part of this home away from home. So much nicer than dealing with CVS Specialty! Organized, pleasant, comfortable, and no issues with my insurance. It's the most relaxation i get all month! Everyone I've dealt with have been amazing highly recommend dumping Specialty Pharmacy and calling Suite Life!

Good afternoon, just wanted to share my experience as a new infusion patient with Suite Life in Fall River, MA. I highly recommend Suite Life and here’s why. As soon as I walked in to the reception area, I was greeted by Sky with a smile. The check in process was quick and easy. I enjoyed the festive atmosphere and the St Patrick’s Day tree with lights. She showed me around and escorted me to the private room. The room furnished with a television, comfortable oversized recliner, and a beautiful view made me feel at home. Immediately Hailey MA brought me a drink and checked my vitals. She also reviewed the patient privacy policy, inquired about my emergency contact and ensured that the information was documented correctly. A package that included information about the treatment I was receiving was very thorough. A welcome letter from the Chief Patient Experience Officer Kelly Lambrese was a pleasant surprise, along with her direct contact information for any concerns. Lisa RN then reviewed my treatment plan, and accessed my port with ease! She checked on me frequently as did each and every team member. Marissa the director of nurses came in to ensure that all my needs were fulfilled. Something that never happens anywhere else!! Suite Life has a pleasant environment, friendly staff and supportive leadership. Treating patients with kindness, compassion and respect. Thank you Suite Life for your excellent patient care and dedication to improving the patient experience.

Suite life is an amazing infusion center. They exceeded all expectations. The staff is highly competent, thoughtful and caring. The center is immaculate and they are equipped to handle all medical situations. I had originally planned to travel to Boston and I am so glad I found this place !!!!

Excellent care and extremely attentive. The nurses in Fall River are phenomenal. Marissa was extremely helpful with navigating insurance barriers and ensured I was treated promptly. Highly recommend! Clean, comfortable atmosphere and convenient location.
