Pain Center of Rhode Island

I want to say to the entire team at the pain center. The staff was truly amazing, kind, and professional. Jessica Parker, Marie, and the lady at the reception whose name I didn’t get. I'm truly grateful for the quality of care I received.🌸 I wanted to take that massage chair home with me it felt so comfy 🤣😍

First time visit, for neck and upper back pain. Outstanding service as soon as I walked in the door. Kind young ladies working to assist were excellent and helpful. During exam what a great experience.Christian was very detailed ,knowledgeable and made a detailed plan to help.gave me piece of mind that will surely help. So glad I came they will be a great help with my spinal issues. Btw great people to work with with welcoming personalities!

The office was very clean and stylish. The support staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Cherubini was very careful to explain each step of her procedure. I had to wait a few minutes but not bad, maybe 10. Suggest they install a guest wi-fi access.

I saw Dr. Cherubini for an EMG test, and was so impressed by my experience. Everything was carefully explained to me before, and during the test - what would happen, what to expect. Dr. Cherubini was genuinely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very gentle. She expertly conducted the test and this resulted in no pain at all for me. She demonstrated incredible bedside manner, and patiently answered every question I had. The front staff that I met - Jirah and an office manager (I didn't catch his first name), were also very helpful and personable. They helped me before and after my test to ensure I had all I need prior to, and afterwards. The space was very clean and felt comfortable to be here. I had an EMG on my legs with Dr Cherubini. The experience was not painful or stressful. She and her assistant were amazing. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I felt very comfortable and cared for.
