I've been to countless infusion centers over the years, and I can confidently say that I have been impressed with Option Care Health from the start of my on boarding process. They are by far the most transparent company that I have ever worked with, which I appreciate. They also have an extremely generous payment assistance program that they handle in-house. The Cranston location itself has always been super clean. The staff are consistent, friendly, and communicate with their patients. I have always been successfully stuck with their first needle, which is not something a lot of facilities have been able to do for me. This location has a pharmacy in-house, and the pharmacists are also extremely friendly, transparent, and communicative. You have to get buzzed into the facility (locked to the general public), they provide an assortment of snacks and drinks during your procedure. I was honestly forced to go here by my insurance (United HealthCare), but I've been genuinely pleased with every person I've dealt with at Option Care Health. Thank you ladies for being awesome!

Option Care is dedicated team of professionals who helped me recover at home rather than 6 weeks in a rehab. It involves coordination with all of my doctors to compound and deliver the right medicine to my home. They provide services such as bandage changes and vitals sent to my doctors every week. The nurses and pharmacists were in contact with me several times a week to ensure good care. Today, I’m having my central line removed at Option Care. Thank you for seeing me through my illness.

Everyone is super friendly & caring. Every individual I have had interactions with have been amazing. Amy (who I’ve had most frequent interactions with has been top notch). I can’t recall specific names of others but all have been positive! I highly recommend Option care & the staff!!

I had weekly appts with Option Care Cranston 2025, and every single person I had contact with was fantastic. Every nurse, every trainer, every phone call, every text was first rate. I highly recommend this center.

Every month I need to chase down supplies and no one ever answers the phone. I’ve spent hours on hold with them and no one seems to care that their ordering system is clearly broken. They claim to have an online system in place, but it is the most inefficient process ever. They won’t send out a link to place an online order until they speak with you… so what is the point of an online option if I still need to call you? Once again I’m waiting to hear back from Optioncare while completely out of supplies. They don’t care about infants, children, and adults who rely on their services.
