I love coming here for any type of self-care, relaxation, stretching, facials etc I sure love to feel welcomed by the staff in general (which I always do) but, JUDY at the front desk is simply phenomenal, caring, compassionate, kind and always positive and giggly!!! She makes my entire experience amazing with her great personality ♥️🤗

Besides not getting to use 6 massages I had purchased before pregnancy, today the woman at the desk was wildly rude to my husband who was just trying to use the gift card I got him. The providence location is better run, and more transparent.

Professional staff, comfortable atmosphere, and effective massages! I especially love that everything is unscented unless requested, as I have allergies and sensitive skin. Melissa did my first massage and it was great! I got a membership after that experience and my muscles are thanking me for it. As someone that has an active job, loves hiking, and does strength training 3 times a week, my muscles are often tight. I needed to try something new to take care of my body and I'm glad I tried this.

I recently had a facial with Renata, and I can't not say enough positive things about her. She is kind, pleasant, and highly professional. From the moment I walked in she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Her technique is excellente and she took the time to listen to my skin care concerns and taylor a treatment accordingly. My skin felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterward. While I'm disappointed that the prices have going up, the quality of service provided by Renata continues to be exceptional. She truly stands up in her field, I always leave my appointments feeling better than when I arrived. I hope Massage Envy continues to recognize and support such outstanding professionals.
