I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Lowney, and I could not be happier with my entire experience. Where do I begin.. From pre-op, day of surgery, to next day post up has been a wonderful experience. Office staff, medical staff, and of course the guy with the magic hands Dr.Lowney were beyond expectational. I am on day 3 of my recovery and have a long healing road, but today i have been feeling much better!
