I had the most amazing HydraFacial at Balencia, and my skin has never felt better! Ariana did an incredible job. she was so gentle, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience super relaxing. While I was there, I was also considering getting filler and had a free consultation with Dr. Calcatti. I really appreciated how honest and professional he was.he took the time to assess my concerns and actually advised against a treatment that wouldn’t benefit me. It’s so refreshing to meet a provider who truly cares about what’s best for the patient rather than just selling a service. The place itself has such a welcoming and professional atmosphere, and their pricing is really reasonable compared to other places I’ve checked out. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments! Highly recommend Balencia, Ariana, and Dr. Calcatti for an amazing experience!

I used to go to another local MedSpa and the results were great but the cost was outrageous. Also there was never any discussion about how much of what she was putting into your face. She would just start injecting. You would get to the desk to check out and almost die when they gave you the bill. Dr. Calcatti is professional, kind and upfront about everything he does. Everything is discussed before any procedures are done. You know what you are paying for. The actual products are brought in in the box and opened in front of you, you know it’s the real thing! The work is beautiful and he has me as customer from now on. The south county location is where the other med spa used to and they have appointments on Tuesdays.

Skyler was my Practitioner and she absolutely AMAZING. She took the time to get to know me and understand what my concerns were. She was honest, friendly, and professional. She did fabulous work and truly went above and beyond!!!! I will definitely be comming back to see her!!!!
