FDA Alert - Read Review (ZERO STARS if I could) -Restore Hyper Wellness (Garden City/Cranston RI) For full transparency, I did request a refund from the manager — as detailed in my review — after experiencing an allergic reaction and vision issues following the red light session. Despite explaining these concerns, my request was refused. This entire situation could have been resolved over a $360 refund. Had the matter been handled appropriately and professionally from the start, none of this would have escalated. A simple refund and acknowledgment of the issue would have resolved everything. So, here's the true and honest review. I am leaving this review as a serious public safety warning. This location is not just unprofessional — it is dangerous. I had an allergic reaction after services here. When I explained what happened, the manager showed zero concern. Even worse, when I said I would not be using any more visits from my trial month due to the reaction, I was told they would continue charging me anyway. When I asked for a refund, the manager got angry, became extremely unprofessional, and refused to refund me. Staff also told me it didn’t matter if I stared at the red light therapy. That is reckless. After this incident I went to the FDA website and learned you must wear protective goggles/glasses because the light can damage your vision. Sanitation was unacceptable. The red light booth was filthy (dirty bathrobe left behind, used goggles, and a rug that clearly wasn’t cleaned between customers). The compression boots/sleeves also appeared not to be properly sanitized after each use, which is a serious cross-contamination concern. The most disturbing part: IV drips. When I asked basic questions about what was being injected, no one could answer. They could not provide lot numbers, sterility documentation, certificates of analysis (COAs), or independent lab testing results. If you are injecting people but cannot provide sourcing and lab verification, that is a massive red flag. After further investigation Restore employees identified Empower Pharmacy and Olympia Pharmacy as suppliers of products administered at their facility. Based on that representation, we reviewed publicly available FDA records concerning those pharmacies. That review reflects documented FDA inspectional observations, warning letters, and recall activity, including matters involving sterility assurance. In the context of injectable and IV compounded products, sterility related findings are among the most serious regulatory concerns because they directly implicate patient safety. Consumers should independently review the FDA’s publicly available records and make informed decisions accordingly. Finally, the membership agreement says “Monthly Membership,” but the fine print appears designed to trap customers into extensions without clear disclosure. And to top it off, they allow couples to go into the rooms together. That is completely inappropriate for a facility presenting itself as “medical” or “wellness,” and it raises serious concerns about professionalism, hygiene, and what is happening behind closed doors. This location needs to be shut down and investigated. I strongly recommend people avoid this Restore location and any Restore franchise.

This place is the best. I've done the red light therapy. I did the Sauna and I almost passed out and Sam took care of me. Sam you are the best. And now I am here doing the IV drip service and will continue to come in for other services. Awesome service, staff and vibe. They work with you to try and fit the service with your schedule.
