Anam Cara Reflexology

My experience receiving reflexology with Mary was wonderful! I was new to this form of therapy, Mary was so knowledgeable, professional, competent and was very intuitive during our sessions. She helped me understand what she was doing and checked in with me often making sure I was comfortable with the process. I work off shift and she was very accomodating with scheduling. It was very convenient that she came to me in my home. My dog Gracie also loved Mary's visits!

I have been seeing Mary since June and highly recommend her. These sessions have helped me tremendously with healing plantar fascitis and I have continued with reflexology because I feel so relaxed after a session. Mary is lovely and so helpful.

Mary is SOOO good! My session was so relaxing, and she found all of my trouble spots, in particular my itchy eyes from allergies. After the session, the itchiness was gone completely, and it didn't return even weeks later. I highly recommend Anam Cara Reflexology!
