In October 2025, my spouse and I booked a last-minute couples massage. We were hosting our wedding reception the next day, so we were hoping for a bit of relaxation before the rush of the event. We had called around to a few other businesses, but Revival was the only one that returned our call and fit us in. We were seen by one of the owners, Morgan, and Joshua for deep tissue massages. Morgan added hot stones for my treatment as a last-minute add-on as well. The service was wonderful; my spouse and I felt pampered and relaxed. We'd be happy to get massages at Revival when we're in town again!

I cannot say enough good things about Chelsea! She gives an excellent deep tissue massage. It is evident that she takes a lot of pride in what she does. The staff at Revival is also great across the board. They are very responsive and helpful with scheduling and navigating the waitlist.

I booked a couples massage with my husband last year and it was great. We left feeling like new people. I felt so relaxed and weightless walking out of there. The prices are completely reasonable and definitely worth it.

My partner and I were traveling and stopped at Revival for two 60 minute massages (in separate rooms at the same time- 1.30pm on a weekday.) I was massaged by Josh and my partner was massaged by Morgan. They were both absolutely delightful and the service was top notch. Morgan was so sweet and Josh was respectful, kind and attentive. The office was clean, and soothing. My only recommendation would be some sort of noise machine in the lobby/entrance hallway to maybe mask the road noise and foot traffic. It was noticeable but not distracting. Overall 10/10 experience, thank you Revival!

This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, it left a really bad impression. I had booked a couples massage and during the initial booking process, I was asked to choose a preference for the massage therapist: male, female, or anyone. Since it was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect, I selected “anyone.” However, later on, they sent me a more detailed questionnaire where they again asked for a gender preference – this time, I clearly selected female and even filled out specific areas for focus during the massage. When we arrived, we were assigned two male therapists. It was clear that they read the intake forms because they referenced the focus areas I had chosen. When I politely asked if it was possible to switch or if at least the person I came with could have the female therapist, I was told no. I asked to speak with the manager, and that’s when things got even more frustrating. I explained I didn’t think it was fair to charge a late cancellation fee when the issue was due to their inability to accommodate my clearly stated preference — a preference they asked me about twice. The owner, I believe her name was Jess, was incredibly dismissive and told me it was my fault for not reading the fine print. I explained that I wasn’t trying to be difficult, but just felt misled by the process and would have been happy to come back another day if they could reschedule with female therapists. She still refused and said because it was later in the day, there was nothing she could do. In the end, we didn’t get the massage, we were charged full price, and we left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and honestly v. For a place that asks about preferences more than once, it’s extremely misleading to imply that your choice matters and then ignore it or in this situation pick whatever one you choice from the 2 questionaries. My advice is maybe adding who you will be assigned to as a courtesy text prior to, they sent about 5 text reminding you of your appointment. There was zero effort to make it right, and as a first-time guest, I felt completely dismissed. Jess also said this has never happened before which is not true there are other reviews expressing the same thing. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place based on how poorly the situation was handled.
