Went for a 60 min massage, was decent. Left $14 on $70, which is 20%. Then the woman argues with me to leave her a bigger tip. She demanded a $20 tip. Kept trying to put the extra tip in on the credit card machine. Gave me attitude when I put my foot down. Rude and uncomfortable.

I have been coming here for at least five years . The owner is great . Lily is awesome too . However the last three times I have been hounded to leave a bigger tip . I leave from 10-20 dollars . I think that's ok . However, wouldn't it be better if they just tell you how much tip they want ? I'd rather that , than made to feel uncomfortable. Last time I was looking for all loose dollars in my purse because the girl said I had to leave more . What has this turned like this?

Went in for a 90 minute massage. Massage was mediocre. Very rough even after I asked her to go easier several times. At the end, I left a $10 tip and got hounded to leave a bigger tip. Very unprofessional. I felt awkward. A tip is supposed to be just that. A tip. It's not mandatory and it is up to the customer how much they leave. The vendor should never be harassing the customer to leave a certain amount for a tip. If you go here, be prepared to leave a $30 tip minimum.

Terrible experience all around. Went for a massage with a friend and we both left their feeling it was the worst massage experience. They were very rough and the hot stones felt way too hot. On top of that, they charged us more than the prices that were listed at the front desk. I had a gift card which they did not count the full value and said it didn’t cover the cost of my massage.
