Make It Permanent

My dental hygienist recommended Yaneth to me after I complimented her on her youthful appearance. She had her eyebrows and eyeliner done. I took the plunge and did my brows last month and could not be happier with the results! I only wonder why I waited so long! I wish I had known Yaneth sooner! I'm scheduled for the eyeliner treatment and am looking forward to a service which has made me feel younger and more attractive! I HIGHLY recommend Yaneth!! I I returned in January for the eyeliner and it was amazing! Could not be happier and would not trust anyone else!

I used to get my procedure done by another place, but after a few years decided to change as they were totally unreliable. I searched and did tons of research, until I found Yaneth. She is awesome. I’ve been going to her for at least a few years now, and am always very happy with the results. She offers different machine methods, and I chose the pen technique. It’s gentle and doesn’t really hurt at all. The last place only offered a tattoo machine, which has caused scarring, unfortunately. Anyway, Yaneth is amazing and always does what I want. I am probably her pickiest client, but she takes it in stride! I always look in the mirror once she’s finished and ask her to do a little more here and there, and she never has a problem with this, ad works hard to give me exactly what I am looking for, but also gives her professional opinion, which is spot on. Due to my chemistry the color only lasts for 6-10 months on average, but that’s ok and just the way it is. Same for the place I used to go to. I don’t mind coming in at all, and am always excited to get it done again! Also Yaneth works very quickly to get the desired results, and offers touch ups, which I don’t always need but sometimes do. Anyway, highly recommend Yaneth, she rocks! I’m editing this review and 5 star rating to a 1 star, due to the last time I saw Yaneth. For 8 months now, I’ve been dealing with a botched job. It’s not the worst, I’ve seen some really horrible jobs women have had to endure, but it ain’t pretty nonetheless, and it’s been an extremely painful experience in my life. A few months later I contacted Yaneth to ask the composition of the ink so that I could give that info to a laser technician in order to go through the painstaking removal process, and so that the tech could know what I’m in for (color changes due to the composition). She did get back to me. However, I had to reach back out to her for clarification, and it seems at that point she blocked my number- I tried a couple more times over the next couple of days to make sure of this. I never even asked for my money back (not that I would want to get this done for free, it’s just the point of it). I’ve now gotten two different opinions from doctors who perform laser tattoo removal, and I’m planning on having a third, as I don’t want bad to go to worse. The first technician didn’t want to give his opinion on aesthetics, but he did note that it looks like she used more of a tribal technique (not something you want on your face). Luckily makeup exists, though it’s much easier and less stressful trying to put on your eyebrows everyday rather than take them off (especially when they’re black/blue/gray and high above the hairline, none of which is really possible to cover up the way you’d hope). I would not wish this sort of thing on anyone, and unfortunately it happened to me, and with Yaneth.

Make sure your know exactly what you want. The "free touch up" you're told you can come in for is almost impossible to receive. When I had left my initial appointment, I scheduled my touch up for a Friday morning at 10AM. At 6AM, the morning of my appointment, I got a call stating my appointment for 10AM, was cancelled. I returned her call immediately, but could not get in touch with her. A week later, I finally received a call back to reschedule. However, on the day of THAT appointment, she left a voicemail saying it was too warm to tattoo me. I was unable to reach her, so I texted saying I'd be okay and would still like to come in. By the time she responded, it was 20 minutes before my appointment, but she said she would head over. I live about 20 minutes away, so I left as soon as possible. On the way there, I hit a bit of traffic. I sent a text to apologize, as well as to let her know she may arrive before me. She responded with "I been here, I knew what time my appointment was." She also stated that she had another appointment at 6:30PM. For her to have only scheduled me for a half hour to tattoo my eyelids, made me a little uncomfortable. After realizing I was aggravated, she changed her attitude and offered to reschedule. I declined and stated I had missed work once already and my schedule is pretty tight. She then replied saying she has a schedule as well, which was sort of funny. The customer service provided was absolutely attrocious. I do not/will not recommend Make It Permanent to anyone at all. Also, there was another review with a similar experience, but it was removed.

Yaneth did an incredible job! I was so worried going into my consult, I mean this is something permanent I'm going to be putting on my face! But Yaneth was amazing and a true professional. She mixed up the perfect color for me and found my shape! (something I was never great at haha) I researched her work and scheduled a consult and it's truly amazing what she can do. I selected the hair stroke method and its incredible. It looks like real hair strands! I will warn you, immediately after your eyebrows will be DARK and swollen but DON'T PANIC!! LISTEN TO HER SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT! Give it a few days and you'll be in love. After a couple weeks they will be completely healed. A great investment! I would recommend her to anyone who struggles with eyebrow growth or even shaping. No more pencils! I'm thrilled!

I started using Janet’s services some 8-9 years ago. Since then I’ve moved to SC and cannot find anyone as professional, knowledgeable and as good as her services are. The long and shot of it I will be traveling back North just for her beautiful magic!!
