I’ve been 3 times and they did an amazing job to the girl on the left in the last chair, it wasn’t till the 4th time where the same lady messed up my eyebrows and pushed the inner side more inwards on one of my eyebrows, and I knew she acknowledged her mistake bc out of all the times I’ve been there, she never gave me a mirror to look at it, but this time she did. So I let my eyebrow grow out for a month and a half and didn’t go back just so that I can get some growth back and I would let them know next time to not touch the inner side of that specific eyebrow. Today I returned and I explained to the man at the front, exactly what I stated in this review, and he told me that he would let the lady know, I also told him I would like someone else to do them, so he gave me the lady to the left in the first chair this time. Once he told her about the incident, she just had an attitude and I tried to even be nice and say how are you, she replied and continued to touch the exact eyebrow I specified not to be touched. After that I looked in the mirror and knew it was wrong, paid and walked out. I will no longer be returning. Yous are just playing in people’s face. Besides that incident. The man at the front desk is such a polite man and I never had an issue with him. But the lady in the last chair who did my eyebrows just had an attitude from day one like if she don’t want to be there. Ain’t nobody making you stand there and jerk your neck back and forth, that’s alll you. And the lady that did my eyebrows today had an attitude also, it’s like why are you letting eyebrows get you that mad. It’s never that serious. Smile and go about your day. Just like I will with mines, have a blessed day.

Today I went to do my eyebrows to the same lady I was go to. She’s always so kind and so nice. I went to go pay. I gave the girl $20 in her hand. I’m used to the guy being there. He’s so nice and so respectful, and she just like threw my money on top of the counter maybe because I was like Bus scanned it. I never saw her before there she was light skinned that chunky curly hair. She like she was Spanish people like that shouldn’t work in places that you gotta have good customer service and treat everybody equally.

The man at the front desk seems nice, but he’s not. He gave me a torn $5 bill, and when I asked him to change it, he threw the money at me and turned away that was disrespectful. I like how some of the girls do eyebrows, but I expect respect. They only smile and act nice if you give a good tip. Because he threw the money at me, I won’t go back or recommend this place. He needs to learn to be respectful.

Very quick service. Eyebrows came out amazing. I recommend paying in cash to save $$. Staff is super kind and place is clean, I will be back soon thank you

Im been going here for a few years and I feel the service has gone down hill. They dont talk to you and they stand there waiting for their tip and the guy at the desk always ask if i need change for a tip. They dont wipe the brows with cream and don't wipe away the loose hair. Wont be going back.
