Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Studio

I'm writing this review because im extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of professional communication of company policy. I purchased a package for Skinpen for $ 1200. After the first treatment, I didn't see any difference. My skin felt irritated and not rejuvenated. I called and requested a refund for the remaining package not used. The esthetician told me that she would ask the owner and call me back. The esthetician expressed that while the owner would not refund the remainder $800, that she was willing to allow credit forwards another service. I was a little disappointed but grateful. Throughout the coming months I had tried to call several times and left messages about booking a service. Finally, I stopped in to book in person. The receptionist told me that my credit expired on 12/31/25, not even a year from the issue of credit. I asked for the supervisor to call me so I could discuss this matter further. The owner called and expressed that the credit expired at the end of 2025. I explained that the esthetician never told me that my $800 would expire at the end of the year. I was only told that I could use the credit for another service of my choice. I asked her to reconsider since there was nothing in writing that I was informed. I also explained that $800 is alot of money to lose and requested some credit towards a service. I feel that the owner showed no regard for my frustration or for the lack of proper communication of policy. I asked if she would investigate the matter further with the original esthetician I spoke with. She had no written communication informing me of this policy. With no accommodation, I was told the credit expired and that there was nothing more to look into. As a nurse myself, I know that this was not appropriate communication of policy. In addition, I would always take the opportunity to fully investigate a grievance.

I travel from the Cape because nobody compares.

After that, I began seeing Val, who is just as wonderful—so knowledgeable and caring. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anyone on Erin’s team. They’re all experts at what they do and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re looking for great service and real results, this is the place to go!

I have been going to Erin and Advanced Aesthetics for years! Very knowledgeable and works with me on a treatment plan to improve my skin and to age gracefully! I get lots of compliments on my skin and I credit my consistency with Erin’s treatment recommendations!
