My experiences at Face First have always been excellent. The office is extremely welcoming and tastefully decorated. Jane and her colleagues are friendly, helpful, and genuine. Jane provides clear explanations for all procedures and conveys professionalism while also being down-to-earth. She is highly qualified, and passionate about her work. Five stars!

I had an amazing aesthetic appointment (focused on hair growth)! The clinic was clean and professional, yet fun. Nothing felt rushed or “salesy” by any means. Both of the specialists were knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to assess my scalp. They explained the treatment plan and gave practical advice on proper habits to move ahead with. Overall, the procedure itself was relaxing because of the specific steps taken to ensure I felt comfortable. I absolutely love Face First! Every visit has been so professional, welcoming, and results-driven. The team truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while also being incredibly knowledgeable about the services they provide. Jane and Brianna are amazing—they explain everything thoroughly and have such a gentle, skilled approach. Kathy is wonderful as well; her expertise and warm personality really set the tone for the entire spa. I’ve seen real, noticeable improvements from my treatments, and I trust the staff completely. Face First is by far the best med spa I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

I have just received lip filler from Jane who was absolutely warm , caring, gentle and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. The atmosphere was clean and sterile in each step that was performed .She also had me look in the mirror a number of times to see the results in progress. I'm so happy and grateful to have found Jane and all her staff who were friendly and wonderful. It has only been 1 day and can see happy, happy, joy, joy lips. I will definitely be returning for future beauty procedures.
