I recently had a laser treatment. Jessica did everything in her power to make sure I was comfortable. She took her time to explain every step to me and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can’t wait until my next treatment! Between the cleanliness and ambiance of the spa to all of the staff that I encountered, it was an extremely pleasant experience! I will be returning for any and all treatments that they offer!

Where do I begin??? First, Jessica is absolutely amazing! From our first interaction on the phone to walking in and being greeted by her in person was all positive. She made me feel not only heard, valued and seen, but she also made me comfortable which is huge when dealing with anyone in her line of work. After a very thorough consultation where she explained everything WE decided to do in detail, she gave me as much time as I needed to fill everything out and ask more questions. She was gentle, detailed and focused during my appointment as well as continued to explain everything she was doing. Whatever your reasoning is for looking into Infinity MedSpa please know this, Jessica is truly there to encourage, restore and uplift anyone that she comes in contact with. I walked out of there feeling a sense of confidence and excitement and that, to me was well worth any minute amount of fleeting discomfort.

Jess is amazing! She is so incredibly well educated and knowledgeable on hydrofacials, I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, the had the cleanest, and most beautiful skin I’ve ever had in my life! I will be returning for another facial soon
