Aspire Dermatology - Atwood Medical Center

Could not recommend aspire enough! Upon initially voicing my concerns, I was able to be squeezed in super last minute due to a cancellation. The scheduler was beyond kind! I then made a scheduling mistake on my way to (what I thought was my appt time) and crossed times for my actual appointment and was LATE!!! The kind woman on the phone put me on a brief hold and with so much positivity still allowed me to be seen as I was on my way!!! Check-in with front desk and the MA (Mary!!!) was excellent. So kind, prompt and helpful with any and all questions. During my short wait in the exam room, I questioned my age and years of existence, my lanta I thought I was in menopause. The rooms were so gosh darn warm!!! After sweating off years of potato chips and pizza(it wasn’t that long of a wait, the Sahara desert- like climate just made it feel like that) walked in my NP; April was fantastic. She Broke down every single question I had, slowly and with full explanation and a chance to ask additional questions on top of that. I never once felt rushed and felt fully heard. Even had a great giggle with the whole office staff upon check out. Overall a great experience. The laughter to curve my stress helped tremendously!!!

April Brosnan is absolutely amazing! After having significant hair loss 2 years ago, I was devastated. April took the time to listen to me & did testing to identify the reason for my hair loss. I had an amazing experience at Aspire dermatology in Johnston. Everyone ,from the front desk to the dermatologist April was amazing. April and Kimberly make a great team. They were warm, kind funny and professional. April addressed all of my concerns and questions. I highly recommend this location and practice to anyone with dermatology needs

This was my first visit at this office. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very professional and kind to me. There was a great interaction with Dr. Michaels. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his field. I am confident that I am in good hands with this office and with Dr. Michaels.
