BALENCIA- Coolsculpting Elite, Morpheus8, Laser Hair Removal, & Botox

It was my first time getting Botox but I ended up with xeomin. I did not like the results. I went to the one in South Kingstown. I did my frown lines and crows feet. I said I only wanted 50 units. I asked about my under eye. He said we are not doing that today. I didn’t have crows feet for few weeks weeks but it didn’t last long. The frown lines were improved but I don’t think he used enough. I was more concerned about the frown lines yet I feel most of it was used on the crows feet. The under eye wrinkles got worse and it just accentuated them. I did say I that I wanted to do only 50 but he should have explained to me what would happen if I only did 50 and skipped the under eye. It looked weird. I get that maybe I didn’t get enough but he should have explained what might happen if I skip the under eye and only get the 50 units. It was my first time. I had no idea. I got the xeomin because he said that I would get a more natural result. I regret not getting the Botox. It’s my fault for only getting 50 and choosing the xeomin but if it had explained things to me I think the result may have been different TO THE RESPONSE… I never went to the follow up so how could he have liked my result?! This is false. The result was not good. And besides He was quick and explained nothing! Everything in your response if true should have been explained to me at the visit BEFORE the injection not in a response to a bad review after the fact

I don’t have much positive to say about my experience here. I came for CoolSculpting and, unfortunately, saw absolutely no results. I spent over $5,000 on a treatment that was completely ineffective. When I asked the med spa to consider a partial refund, there was no willingness to discuss it—instead, I was pressured to purchase additional treatments. When I requested a full refund, I was told that results were “not guaranteed.” I have filed a report with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Consumer Affairs Division because I believe the marketing surrounding these services is misleading. I hope others read this and avoid wasting their time and money as I did. As an aside, the doctor also provided three sessions of Emsculpt, which were equally ineffective—I get a better workout doing regular crunches.

This is by far the best med spa I have ever been to. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I visited Dr. Calcatti for a consultation inquiring about filler, upon the consultation Dr. Calcatti was extremely patient, thorough, and recommended what treatments I should do, I told him I need to think about it as I had some other consultations and that I needed to do some research on everything . Dr. Calcatti not only encouraged me to go to my other consultations but to do some more research on the treatment he recommended. Needless to say I came back to get some filler and a hyperdilute radiesse treatment. On the day of the appointment I was nervous but Dr. Calcatti made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I was worried about some rare but serious side effects and Dr. Calcatti told me what the treatment would be if it were to happen. He was so hands on with me during the two treatments, he was telling me exactly what he was doing and it I felt pain etc. i also waited a few months to write this review as some results are immediate and other results take a few months. Since than I have come back for Botox with absolutely zero issues! By far the best med spa! I will be a happy returning costumer for many years to come!

10/10 botox experience. very attentive to the structure of my actual face and muscles, very fast injector, and a free check-in weeks later to ensure result satisfaction! also i got a great deal as a new customer. i was actually surprised by how effective the results were given that i have gotten botox frequently in the past (with the same number of units in my forehead) and my results were so much better here! i’ll definitely be returning regularly

I recently had a Hydrafacial with Karen and it was an amazing experience from start to finish!
