There’s been a few times where the dentist cleaning my teeth was kinda condescending and rude in the comments they made. Other than that I Never really had any issues with the actual service or people working there, but, everytime I had come in they’d essentially “find” something wrong with my teeth and try to force a procedure down my throat. They never asked me if I wanted to do it either they would just prompt me at the end of my appointment about “when” I want to set it up, so of course me as a patient feels pressured especially when they’re using all these negative buzzwords to trap your mind into thinking you actually need it. Ended up leaving their practice because of this and went back to my old dentist and my current never ever mentions “needing” any of the procedures that artistry tried to force onto me. Pretty funny how that works.

Booked me in a day they don't even take appointments. I came on rescheduled appointment with less than 24 notice and then they tried to hit me with a 33$ charge from 3 yrs back. All this could of been fine but the the receptionist did it with a smug, defensive attitude as the dentist watched.

I had my first cleaning here a couple weeks ago which went fine. I just had my first filling here and I'm not sure I'll be coming back. The hygienists I've met have been kind but when the DR came in today it was like a hurricane, the work felt rushed after I had waited for half an hour, and she was passive and rude to the hygienist the whole time. The sunglasses they handed me were greasy and alot of the equipment looks pretty worn. There's alot of room for improvement here. Update: as I call to cancel my cleaning appointment for next week - they tell me I don't have an appointment! I will not be surprised if I get a no-show charge after my appt is mysteriously found. Glad I'm leaving this unorganized place.

I went to take my mum to her dentist appointment. While waiting I decided to register to be a new patient. I then was informed that I could see the dentist the same day. The administration and staff are super friendly.

I just had my first appointment there! Everyone was wonderful and pleasant! I love my Hygienist she was thorough and gentle ! Great experience and highly recommend!
