Save yourself and don’t go here, it’s the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. It’s a shame because the doctor took so much care with me and thoroughly answered any questions or concerns I had as a patient. It’s the assistants and front desk staff that made my time here terrible. After getting some crown work done (which turned out great) I needed a new retainer to fit the new shape of my teeth. The dental tech that took my impressions misfit my clear aligner trays so badly that the bottom one ended up being too loose and the top was too tight, which caused unnecessary jaw pain that I still struggle with months later. I went in to get it resized again and had to follow up multiple times over many weeks to see if the new trays came in from the lab to the point that I was acting like a Karen on the phone by the end I was so annoyed with the lack of care and customer service. My teeth were shifting and I was in pain wearing the new trays for even 10 minutes. They never called me back after promising that they would. I’d bet money that the new retainer was probably jacked up anyway because the same tech from the first time fit me for them …. it’s been over 3 months and my smile that my parents paid a lot of money correcting when I was a teen is messed up thanks to them. The cleanings are also half-assed. Reception is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t know how to read basic medical information in a chart. They weren’t sure about what procedures I had vs. hadn’t done with them and I had to walk them through everything that I’m sure could easily be read from my chart history. The male receptionist Ryan is especially careless, lazy and unorganized. I’ve worked in healthcare and it’s embarrassing. Don’t go here unless you want to be extremely frustrated and spend $500 out of pocket for your teeth to be misaligned. I’ve given this place so many chances but I’m over it and excited to start going to another dentist ASAP

My dentist recently retired and referred his patients to Elite. Well my 1st experience just after Christmas was not a good one. I had been having increasing pain in a molar and while they did get me in quickly the issue was not handled professionally. After a 5-10 minute check, I was quickly told I needed a simple extraction and either an implant or bridge. They never showed me pic's or x-rays and the short assessment was done at my back while the dentist looked at the x-rays etc. This evidently could not all be done at Elite as I was told to contact an oral surgeon for the molar removal and then to follow-up with Elite for the next steps. So I guess they are not a full service dental office? Being around the holidays the recommended oral surgeons office was either closed or not available? After research on my own I found that Implants should be started the same day as the tooth extraction to lesson problems. More research led me to a very caring dental practice that now has me being treated for an implant. There will not be a 2nd experience at Elite.

A straight forward booking for a temporary crown on a recent root canal turns into "gee I don't know, maybe we'll do it, maybe not, lets just see, maybe some other time....." on the day of, after this procedure was already plainly discussed, agreed upon and booked. Thanks for wasting my time, I could've called somebody else a week ago if you were honest. Luckily I quickly found another office who seems interested in performing the work they advertise and I can't help but feel like I dodged a bullet with this practice. If you need serious dental care, find a serious provider. This isn't it.

Donna once again was very conscientious about my cleaning. I was careful to make my next cleaning again with her. She was the first person to recommend a water pick for my gum recession & it seems an especially appropriate tool for my condition. Thank you Donna. I will recommend you to my wife & anyone else, for that matter.
