I love supporting small local businesses and this woman owned small business in South Anchorage is great! I was able to book a very last minute appointment by simply texting the number on the website. The service was flawless, thorough and quick! The small touches really made the experience even better, relevant samples of product, a cute gift bag for the upcoming Valentine holiday as well as a punch card to accumulate discounts in the future. I will recommend The Happy Beaver to all of my friends!

April was fantastic! I am visiting from out of town and she was able to get me in on short notice. Communication while booking was super easy, and she did a great job. I was super comfortable the entire appointment.

April is the best and even though I’m cursing her out in my head during the more sensitive areas I keep coming back. She is easy to talk to, extremely professional, and she works quickly which is a plus in my book when it comes to any kind of hair removal! The salon itself is adorable and I love how everything has a place. You can tell how much she takes pride in her business because of how clean and well kept everything is.
