My daughter and I visited on Friday and received the 60 and 90 minute scalp treatment packages. We could not have been happier with the experience from the beginning to end. I’m a massage therapist and this is the best relaxation treatment I have found anywhere in Anchorage. Our technicians were so lovely and it was such a special experience for us. We left in total bliss mode and we were even gifted with a lovely candle at the end of our treatment. I’m already planning our next visit 🥰 p.s. I overheard some difficult clients giving a staff member a hard time over their confusion over the cost of their treatment and I was so impressed with the kindness and quality of customer service she gave them even though the menu is very self-explanatory and easy to understand. So if the owner reads this, she handled it perfectly.

I booked a 60 min head spa treatment and a 60 min massage for my mom and dad. I requested for them to have their services together, at the same time in their couple rooms. At the time of booking (which was done weeks before) via phone, I was told this was possible and confirmed the booking. The day before my parent's appointment, my mother received a call stating the computer have over booked appointments and they won't be able to accomodate them both in one room but instead, in 2 separate rooms. This was okay and re-confirmed. At the day of the massage (1 hr prior to their appt), my mother received a call stating that they can only do a head spa at their designated time but will have to come back at a later time that day for their massage. Their response as to why this is happening was because of their scheduling system. It seems they need a more efficient scheduling system.

I’ve been to this place before and it was great until I went back the second time, it was not the best service at all. I had a manicure done by one of the staff, she was super rough with my hands, she filed them super hard I can feel my cuticles burning! When she add a clear coat on my nail bed it burns and I had to pull my fingers away..the way she buff and filing it made it even more worse :( I understand they’re are busy but it wasn’t just a good day to get a manicure over there…

Our first visit didn’t quite meet our expectations, but we decided to give it another shot — and we’re so glad we did! The owner truly cares about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to make things right. You can tell they have a genuine service mindset and are committed to creating a great experience for every guest. This time, everything was perfect — relaxing atmosphere, attentive staff, and we left feeling refreshed and valued. We’ll definitely be back again!

Had an appointment at 4 p.m for 3 people But had to move it to 5pm and they accommodated us! Place was clean, peaceful and relaxing. The 90 minute head spa was excellent! Would definitely do it again. So glad we finally have this in Anchorage!
