It must say I haven’t been to this clinic for probably four years and what a dramatic change. They provide provided excellent service. Everybody was very friendly. It looks like they went through a major remodel because the lobby is very bright and open and light all of the exam rooms felt very friendly nice tile floors all in all I would rank it as a nine out of 10 or 10 out of 10 experience.

Always feel very comfortable when I have to go there. The staff is great and I always feel heard. They are very attentive (which I need-I'm one of those people haha) and thorough. I love they can do so much on site from EKGs and X-Rays to blood draws and labs. One stop for it all.

Highly recommend! Long story short, a stone table fell on my foot while on vacation. Large gash, lots of bruising and bleeding. Went to First Care about 2 hours after getting off the airplane. Everyone I interacted with there was very kind. Got an x-ray to be sure my foot wasn't broken. Doc reviewed my x-ray with me, discussed plans for ortho care and asked how late she could call me with radiology results. Everyone was great here.

The providers and nursing staff are amazing. I have always had great experiences with them. I would say what they lack is upfront customer service. The receptionists are pretty terrible. I called to see about getting a refill on a prescription, only to have the receptionist be incredibly rude. Telling me that she wasn’t sure why I was calling, when I clearly told her why. I assumed I needed to see a primary care doctor to get said refill but asked anyways. And when I asked if I needed to see a primary care doctor, she said “Well, yeah.” I asked if she knew how much it would be for a visit, she said she wasn’t sure. Super condescending and just not fit for working with the public. These folks are the first ones people interact with before they see a doctor.

Wonderful providers, kind and compassionate staff. My only complaint is that they require the visit payment before the visit happens. I don't have insurance right now, and instead of charging a lump-sum at the end of the appointment, they charge for the visit before they will even check you in, then charge you again at the end for anything extra that they did during the appointment. Other than that, I have never had a bad experience.
