Roy Howard is simply the BEST (as is his wonderful nurse, Lena)! I’ve been seeing Roy for about 12 years now, and he has helped me with so many skin-related issues over the years. He is incredibly kind and super knowledgeable. Roy’s office is beautiful, and the staff is welcoming and professional. I have been a patient of Mr. Howard for over 20 years. He is always professional and friendly. Lena, his assistant, is also very competent. They are friendly, usually on schedule, and pay close attention to my needs. Last winter we were traveling and I needed help with something new on my body. I sent photos to them. Then there was a zoom meeting where he could see again what was going on. I told them the pharmacy to send a prescription. In less than a day I had what I needed to care for myself. I’m very impressed with the care I get from Lena and Mr. Howard.
