I went and saw Jasmine yesterday for a wax. She is so sweet and makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The space is clean and tidy. Thank you Jasmine for making me feel beautiful and also thank you for all the laughs we have together. My time with you means a lot to me.

It is such a relaxing environment and everyone who works there is super friendly. They have done an excellent job on any service I’ve gotten done there. I always love the way my brows look when I leave.

Love this place! So cute and clean inside. Relaxing atmosphere and the girls are all really nice. I drive from the valley to Anchorage to get my brows threaded because they do the best job.

I’ve been debating whether to leave this review, but every time I look at my brows, I want to cry. I went in last Saturday for the April deal that included threading, laminating, and tinting. Unfortunately, it was the worst eyebrow experience I’ve ever had. The threading was rushed and poorly done—my eyebrows were barely cleaned up, left with no shape, and my upper lip was still noticeably unfinished and patchy. She also left a patch of very short hairs on my left brow, which makes them look uneven and messy. I also had a chemical reaction to the lamination (which I understand isn’t necessarily their fault), but it didn’t even seem like it was applied properly—it barely lasted at all, so I’m not convinced it was done right. And the tint… it was so blotchy and uneven that I was actually relieved it washed off the next day. I never leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had warned me. I chose this place based on the glowing reviews, so maybe I just had a really off experience—but I won’t be returning.

Some lash techs are hit or miss. My last tech was great, very thorough and friendly. I didn't lose 5 lashes in the first 6 hours like I've experienced before. Recommend experienced techs. Only slight annoyance, was other tech was overly chatty with my tech while I was trying to relax.
