Colleen is awesome!! She is so detailed and knows the ins and outs of her craft so well. She did my brows and I could not be happier with my results. Her experience and attention to detail made me feel so at ease getting permanent cosmetics done on my face. She was thoughtful in her process and made sure I was happy with the look at every step. She was so kind and made everything as painless as possible. Wow, REALLY good experience! I got the hybrid brow and was apprehensive since it's semi-permanent and on my face! Colleen asked lots of questions and made me feel like she really understood what I wanted. She took her time and was very detailed, which I appreciated. Plus she was so kind and fun to hang out with for a couple of hours! The results were honestly better than what I hoped for. Highly recommend!

Colleen has done my permanent lip color and lash lifts so far. She is the utmost perfectionist! I was wary of the permanent color on my lips for many reasons but she answered all of my questions which made me comfortable enough to do it. I am SO glad I did!!! It looks totally natural yet offers a nice color. Colleen did my lip line absolutely perfect! Better than my natural lip line which was starting to blur. No more lipstick for me (unless I’m going out for the evening)! All I need is chapstick and my lips look great all day! She answers all of my questions and makes sure that I am fully informed of the process (before, during & after). I’ve had 4 different people do a lash lift on me and have had issues each time. However, Colleen is the only one with whom I’ve never had an issue. She is extremely skilled at what she does! I’ve been to a few permanent cosmetic professionals who have fallen short when it comes to service and skill. I’ve finally found the one person I can fully trust to put permanent color on my face! I had a great experience getting my brows done with Page Nine skincare & Permanent Cosmetics. Colleen took time to explain to me the differences between microblading and the powder ombre that way I could decide on the best option for me. Together we chose the powdered ombre and I love the way that they turned out.
