Scheduled a 3 week foreign fill. I Confirmed appointment days ahead. Appointment was at 11:30. She didn’t get me In until 12, so I waited patiently for 30 minutes. No apology or reasoning. First thing she said was “you know it’s going to be more expensive because this is a foreign fill” I said I was aware and I appreciated her. Well, my fill lasted from exactly 12:05-12:40. So about 35 minutes. Usually for a 3 week foreign fill, it’s about 2 hours (and my appointment time said specifically 2 hours with her) My normal fills always last at least an hour - hour and a half. So It was definitely not good work. She was unapologetic, made excuses. Also, normally at lash places, music plays or something. but the room was completely silent, and her whole studio looked so, so dull, dark, dirty. NO lash wash, and NO pads under my eyes either during the fill which I’ve never experienced in the 6 years I’ve had extensions. She charged me $165 for 35 minutes of careless work. I paid, tipped 20% (33) and said thank you. I’m not a confrontational person, because I would hate to make anyone feel bad. BUT I felt like it was pretty abundantly clear how unprofessional the whole thing was. Horrible way to run a business. She had pretty decent reviews so I was shocked on the service I received. I never write bad reviews, but I definitely feel like I had to write this one just so others can be aware. This is just my personal experience, but I paid $200 for 30 minutes of all bad. I will definitely never be booking with her again.

I already came in with high expectations, but Jen really blew me out of the water! The quality and the technique she has is unmatched, I am so in love with my set. She was so sweet and I loved chatting with her. I also really appreciate that she offers a whole lash cleaning kit so that you can better take care of lashes you paid good money for! Highly recommend this talented lady, and I will be coming back!

Jen was so sweet and she did a great job! The space was very clean and the atmosphere was super comforting! I have pretty thick lashes and brows that don’t like to cooperate well but Jen was able to be patient and take the time to make sure they look good! I love them so much!
