Terrible experience!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I was disappointed with my experience at Solara Skin and Laser. I felt that management wasn’t very open to listening or receiving feedback, which made the environment less welcoming. I truly appreciate when clients feel valued, respected, and heard — and I hope this is something the team can improve on moving forward.

I would recommend Solara to anyone in a heartbeat! Trish has been nothing but kind and informative at every appointment I’ve had. She truly cared and takes her time to listen to hear what you want out of your treatment and then advices accordingly. She has been an angel in correcting treatments I’ve had elsewhere. Their new office on Gambell is absolutely stunning!! So clean & aesthetically pleasing with a great view. The front staff also is so sweet and takes great care of all clients. Definitely check them out!!

I had an amazing experience with Trish, my Botox nurse injector. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and well-informed. She took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and gave honest recommendations tailored to my face and goals. Her technique was gentle and precise—it wasn’t painful at all! I’m three days in and results were exactly what I was hoping for: natural, refreshed, softened lines and I feel so much more confident. It’s clear that she’s highly skilled, experienced, and truly cares about her patients’ outcomes. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to anyone considering Botox.

Highly recommend Solara! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The staff helped me create my own personalized treatment plan from injectables, microneedling, skincare, and more! I started going to them for laser hair removal but have quickly made Solara my one stop shop for all things beauty and skincare!
